Stonebridge designers and programmers have strong working knowledge of Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Danfoss, and other control systems (PLCs, HMIs, Motion Control, and Safety products).
Stonebridge also provides on-site contract services for engineering and skilled trades personnel at our customer’s facilities for filling immediate technical needs caused by peak workloads and to help customers meet their project and growth objectives.
Atlas Technologies division of Stonebridge Technical Enterprises, Ltd. is a manufacturer of Pressroom Automation Products and Solutions with over 55 years of experience. Many of Atlas’s products are developed to increase productivity in high volume press room environments. Other Atlas products fit specific needs for custom manufacturing systems or handling of heavy loads. Popular products include Automatic Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS), Die Change Systems, Die Transfer Carts, Front of Line De-Stackers, End of Line Stackers, Press Room Integration, FLEX Transfer Press Automation, Die Change Accessories, Transfer Tooling and Tooling Components, Blank Washers and Oilers, Bundle Turnovers, Heavy Load Steerable Trackless Carts, Equipment Refurbishment, Robotic Solutions, Maintenance and Service.

David K. Hense, P.E., President
Graduate of Kettering University with a degree in electrical engineering and currently a licensed professional engineer in the state of Michigan. 35 years of industrial automation, design, manufacturing, and related experience. Technical background spans the electrical and mechanical disciplines of product development through end product manufacturing and quality control. His background includes sales, business management, corporate planning, business development, and international business.
Jennifer Drybread, Controller
Jennifer (Jen) Drybread handles the Controller duties at Stonebridge Technical Enterprises, Ltd. which encompasses both the Atlas Technologies and Stonebridge Technical Services divisions. With 13 years’ experience in Manufacturing Finance she helps the company with economic and strategic decisions to better the business. Specializing in job costing, Jen uses her experience to make small changes that equate to payoffs. By maintaining vendor relationships and ensuring a strong financial position for the company, her contributions help provide the means for reinvestment in the company infrastructure and continuous improvement of company processes, products, and services.

1996
STS adds mechanical engineering services.
1999
STS sold to Productivity Technologies Corporation (PTC).
2002
STS reorganized as a new corporation to pursue Polymers & Coating business (split off in 2013).
2003
STS reorganizes Industrial Automation group – focus on technical consulting, project management, and field work.
2020
Acquired Atlas Technologies adding automation manufacturing of Atlas products to the Stonebridge Technical Enterprises, Ltd. group.
